Michael Kelly
Construction Manager
Michael’s experience in the building industry stems from a widespread collection across multiple facets. Beginning his career as a carpenter then licensed builder before transitioning into commercial building to experience new challenges, Michael has been involved in many notable Projects;
- Over 50 high end residual developments
- Hilton Hotel Sydney and Denerau, Fiji
- Renovation and minor works contracts for City Of Sydney.
- Renovation and minor works contracts for the Department for Family and Community Services (Facs) completing projects within Ageing, Disability and Home Care NSW (ADHC) sites
- Over 100 Retail and commercial projects in all state of Australia
Michael is an expert in assessing site requirements, understanding plans, developing project scopes and understanding project pricing and costs across all building industries. He brings his own brand of critical thinking and problem solving coupled with a personable approach to negotiation and a broad construction knowledge to guide projects in the direction of success. Michael has proven to be a master in achieving results in the most difficult of building sites and circumstances. Weather it be inside shopping centres, live

Trent Louder
Business Manager
Trent is an integral part of the Prospace Projects team. Along with being the in face of the business in Victoria, Trent has an extensive wealth of knowledge in project estimation, project management and contract negotiation & administration. With previous experience that spans across landscaping, landscaping design, residential renovations, construction management and retail and commercial fit outs, Trent sits across a wide rage of projects and oversees the full construction process from the initial stages of the project through hand over the client.
Trent has a keen eye for design and attention to detail. His proficiency for project activation and value engineering mean the hardest of decisions for our clients are made easy. Trent makes himself available and approachable at all times to guide our clients through the most complex of issues that may arise during the construction process
